3. I am a very busy person, is the appraiser fast?

Yes, it is fast and understandable. Specifically, in one minute it estimates the prices corresponding to the product. However, in order for the estimation to be accurate, pay attention not to leave out any element that has your product (or any field marked with a blank asterisk).

4.  Is the valuator only for products for sale?

No. The valuator works both for products to sell and to rent.

5. What prices do we get with the valuator? 

Three:

- The "market" price: this is the result of estimating at what price the operations are theoretically tanked. 

- The "unlikely" price: this is the average of 10 portals according to the area, the square meters of our flat and its type.
